Our services can be utilized at your convenience whether your patient load requires us to be in your facility one day per month or five days per week. Typically, we visit our clients on a weekly or biweekly basis (depending on volume), and perform quality diagnostic testing using the finest state-of-the-art portable equipment available. Our physicians have found that in-office testing is the most convenient and effective method of treating patients, and enhances the ability to encourage and maintain follow-up visits. Broader spectrum and improved overall quality care for your patients, means better patient retention for your practice. On-site diagnostic testing also provides you the opportunity to oversee and monitor the testing process, and greatly expedites the diagnosis and subsequent treatment you provide.

We employ registered sonographers with years of experience in their specialty. The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers is the only nationally recognized registry for the field of sonography. Each technologist must complete a set number of practical hours in their field: along with extensive testing to become an ARDMS registered sonographer.

We are committed to providing the best care for your patients and the most convenient service to you. All procedures are interpreted by our Board Certified Radiologists and/or Cardiologists. Preliminary reports are available upon completion of examination. Interpreted signed reports are faxed within 24 hours of examination.

Ordering test and scheduling a patient for testing is fast and easy. We schedule all testing when it is convenient for you and your staff. Per physician request, a referral form must be completed. SonoAid Imaging will provide each physician with all necessary forms.

Approximately 30 minutes per patient is sufficient and only one examination room is necessary. Our mobile equipment is surprisingly compact and easy to set up.

Our office works seamlessly with your staff, confirming arrangements the day prior to testing and adjusting coverage to suit your needs, if necessary. After that we gather all required paperwork such as prior-authorizations and insurance eligibility so your staff can focus on treating your patients. In addition, we can provide Patient Education Brochures specific to your office to assist in your patient scheduling and to help your patients better understand the procedures being performed.
